whom was of the Quorum) it was objected by the respondents it that no such<lb></lb>
Appeal from parishioners not included in the appointment lay, which objection was<lb></lb>
overruled, that the Warrant was signed by one of the <figure rend="mark"></figure>
Justices and then sent<lb></lb>
by him to the three other Justices who separately signed the same at their respective<lb></lb>
Houses and that no two of them had signed it in the presence of each other<lb></lb>
This Court therefore upon Consideration of the presences doth allow the said<lb></lb>
Appeal and doth vacate the said Order of the said Justices and the said appeal<lb></lb>
is hereby allowed and the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated accordingly</p>
