same Garment was made, whereby the Petitioner conceived himself aggrieved<lb></lb>
Now the said Appeal coming on to be heard and the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50834_n5-4">Edward Parker</rs>

the hearing and determining the same at this Session had been personally served<lb></lb>
upon him It is Ordered that the said Conviction be and the came is hereby<lb></lb>
