<p n="2087">WHEREAS it appears to this Court, that the Charge of apprehending and<lb></lb>
conveying Rogues and Vagabonds is a very great Expence to the Inhabitants<lb></lb>
of the said <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50809_geo1865">County of CHESTER</rs>

<interp inst="LMSMPS50809_geo1865" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
; AND WHEREAS the former Orders of this<lb></lb>
Court made for the lessening of such Expences have proved ineffectual for<lb></lb>
that Purpose. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by this Court that form<lb></lb>
and after the Twenty fourth Day of June next, such former Orders shall be<lb></lb>
and hereby are replaced and made void; And, for the reducing the Expences<lb></lb>
occasioned by the apprehending and conveying of Vagrants in this County,<lb></lb>
and for preventing the fraudulent Practices of Constables and others con-<lb></lb>
cerned in the apprehending and conveying of Vagrants,IT IS ORDERED<lb></lb>
by this Court, that no Sum of Money or any other Thing whatsoever shall<lb></lb>
directly or indirectly be taken by or allowed to any Clerk of any Justice of<lb></lb>
the Peace in the said County for the taking or any Examination, or for the<lb></lb>
making of any Pass of Duplicate thereof, or for any Certificate relating to<lb></lb>
the Allowance to be made for the Conveyance of any Rogue, Vagabond,<lb></lb>
