aforesaid did Unlawfully sell Two Gloves made of Woollen<lb></lb>
materials above the price or value of Ten pence and not<lb></lb>
exceeding the price or value of One shilling and Four Pence<lb></lb>
Subject to a Stamp duty of Two Pence imposed in and by a<lb></lb>
certain Act of Parliament made and passed in the Twenty<lb></lb>
fifth year of his present Majesty's Reign for granting to his<lb></lb>
Majesty certain Duties on licences to be taken out by persons<lb></lb>
rending Gloves and Millens and also certain Duties on Gloves<lb></lb>
and Mittens sold by Retail without the Stamp Ticket directed<lb></lb>
by the said Act to be affixed to the Same being fixed and<lb></lb>
marked and stamped in upon or to the said Gloves or either<lb></lb>
of them as by the said Act is directed And contrary to the<lb></lb>
Statute in such Case made and provideder</p>
