Gaming Houses, as also the Places where<lb></lb>
strong Liguors are drunk to excess, contribute<lb></lb>
much to the corruption of the Morals of<lb></lb>
then of an inferior Rank, and to the<lb></lb>
leading them into these wicked Courses,<lb></lb>
has commanded me to recommend it in<lb></lb>
