Husband of the Pauper Martha whilst a Singleman was on the 30th day<lb></lb>
of November 1770 reqularly hired by the year by Mr. Sutton to live<lb></lb>
with her in the Capacity of a Footman and continued in her Service<lb></lb>
till the year 177 without any fresh hiring In February 1774 Mr.<lb></lb>
Sutton came to reside in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50737_geo478">Titchfield Street</rs>

to Windsor where Mr Sutton resided till January 1775 and then<lb></lb>
went with his Mistress to Munster House in the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50737_geo482">parish of Fulham</rs>

where he continued for a year and a half and<lb></lb>
was then discharged This Court<del>therefore</del>
upon consideration of the<lb></lb>
<del>premises </del>
circumstances above set forth doth allow the said Appeal<lb></lb>
and doth Vacate the order of removal of the said two Justices and the said<lb></lb>
Appeal is hereby allowed and the said order of removal of the said two Justices<lb></lb>
is herely vacated and set aside accordingly</p>
