WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto us, two<lb></lb>
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for<lb></lb>

lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle<lb></lb>
there, contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the<lb></lb>
Said Justices, and we do adjudge that he is likely<lb></lb>
to become chargeable to the said Parish; and upon Exa-<lb></lb>
mination of the Premises taken upon Oath, and other Cir-<lb></lb>
cumstances, it further appeareth unto us, and we do like-<lb></lb>
wise adjudge that the Parish of Saint Andrew<lb></lb>
Holborn above Barrs in the said County<lb></lb>
is the Place of the last legal<lb></lb>
