, and examined the State and Condition<lb></lb>
thereof; and upon such Survey and Examination found<lb></lb>
that the said Chapel, being a very antient Structure,<lb></lb>
is by Length of Time greatly decayed, the Walls Part<lb></lb>
bulged, the Timbers rotted and broke, and the<lb></lb>
Roof so much sunk, that it has been, for some<lb></lb>
Time, shored and cramped, and is now become<lb></lb>
dangerous, and so far ruinous, that it will be<lb></lb>
necessary to take down the same; and that the<lb></lb>
said Chapel is very small, being only Fifty three<lb></lb>
Feet in Length, and Twenty Six Feet in Breadth:<lb></lb>
and upon an Estimate and Computation of the<lb></lb>
Expence thereof by us made, the Charge of taking<lb></lb>
down the said Chapel, and of building a new<lb></lb>
Chapel, will, exclusive of the old Materials,<lb></lb>
amount to the Sum of Fifteen Hundred Pounds<lb></lb>
and upwards.</p>
