That yor. Petitioner being Old Lane and weake-<lb></lb>
sighted, and therefore enable to get by his Labour as he has-<lb></lb>
done Formerly towards mentaynance of his Family and Support<lb></lb>
thereof and haveing had a Sister lying long open his hands<lb></lb>

with all due Respect he has made his Aplication, but is answered<lb></lb>
by the Overseers, they cannot help it unlesse the Sessions will<lb></lb>
Releive him.</p>
