been alledged by the respective Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parishes<lb></lb>
their Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the premises It is ordered that the said Appeal<lb></lb>
be and the same is hereby dismissed and the said Pass Warrant or Order of the said two<lb></lb>
Justices is hereby confirmed and It is further ordered that the Churchwardens and<lb></lb>
