<p n="204">It appeared in Evidence on hearing the Appeal against the said Order</p>

was Married to the said Thomas about eight years<lb></lb>
previous to the said removal and pad by him the said Children That the Father of<lb></lb>

And Also agreed at the Anne of<lb></lb>
taking the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50640_occ50">Shopr</rs>

. that his Sister (who was part of his Family) should lodge with<lb></lb>
Mrs. Ladler Maid in the Garrott of the said House for which he was to pay an<lb></lb>
additional Rent over and above the fifteen Guineas That in less than<lb></lb>
a Month after he had taken possession of the Shop finding it inconvenient to go<lb></lb>
out at one Door and in at another he applied to Mrs Ladler for leave to open<lb></lb>
a way through the partition which seperated the Shop from the Stair Case<lb></lb>
and she consented thereto and he opened the same accordingly That he<lb></lb>
rented and rarded in the said Shop having such last mentioned communication<lb></lb>
(to the Water the Necessary and the Stair Case by which his Sister went to her<lb></lb>
Lodging in the Garrett) untill the time of his said Marriage, where he constantly<lb></lb>
lodged and publickly carried on his Trade of a <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50640_occ51">Shoemaker</rs>

and remained in the<lb></lb>
said House about two years afterward And That the said Mr. Ladler<lb></lb>
rented and resided in the said House during all the me of the said Thomas residence as two for and for which she paid Thirty pounds for<lb></lb>
