having made a great disturbance in the
House of the said Mr. Hawkins by
threatning the said Mr. Hawkins and
his Servants particularly his late Coach-
man and otherwise Misbehaving in
breach of the peace. To the end that
the said Marmaduke may find
Sureties for the peace and good Behaviour
And this you are not to omit under
peril that may fall thereon and for
Your so doing this shall be your
sufficient Warrant Given under my
Hand & Seal at Hickshall this fifteenth
