Monday the Twenty Eighth Day of December now last past, last at<lb></lb>
Night, And that about twelve o'Clock that Night or Near one o'Clock<lb></lb>
the next Morning the said Lord Baltimore with some other person<lb></lb>
came home in his Lordships Coach, And when the gates were Opened<lb></lb>
for the said Coach to came<del>into the come</del>

Deceased, this Deponent was in the said Court yard, And there<lb></lb>
being some Persons then on the outside the gates, that were &<lb></lb>
Attempting to follow the Coach into the yard, this Deponent Ordered<lb></lb>
the said Gibbons to shut the said gates, as soon as the Coach came<lb></lb>
through the same, And the said Gibbons did accordingly immediately<lb></lb>
shut one of the said gates, but before he could shut the other, this D<lb></lb>
Deponent saw Mr. Marsden and another person (who this Deponent<lb></lb>
has been informed and believes was Mr.Lee, and which Mr. Marsden<lb></lb>
and Mr. Lee are Clerks to Six <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50581_n19-3">John Fielding</rs>

Violence against that gate which was not quite Shut, in order<lb></lb>
thereby to gain admittance into the yard after the said<lb></lb>
Coach, And the said Gibbon's and endeavoured all in his Power to<lb></lb>
shut Marsden and Lee from coming into the said Yard, but they still<lb></lb>
Persisted on forcing their way in and the said Mr. Marsden did at<lb></lb>
last force his way through the said last mentioned Gate by pushing<lb></lb>
the same with such violence against the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50581_n19-4">Edward Gibbons</rs>
