for the County afd. of having<lb></lb>
contrary to the Statute in that behalf made Neglected & omitted to set or hang out a Candle or<lb></lb>
light in a Lanthorn on the outside of his house next<lb></lb>
the Street to enlighten the same for the conveniency<lb></lb>
of Passengers from time to time<del>On As</del>
as it grew dark<lb></lb>
until 12 of the Clock in the night on twenty certain Nights between Michs. last & our Lady Day last<lb></lb>
(the said Rd B. not having agreed to make use of Lamps<lb></lb>
of any Sort to be placed at such Distances in the Street<lb></lb>
as should be approved of by two or more Justices of the<lb></lb>
Peace) whereby he hath forfeited the Sum of two<lb></lb>
Shillings for every default amounting in the Whole<lb></lb>
To 40s. the Moiety to the Use of the Poor of the same<lb></lb>
Parish & the other Moiety to<lb></lb>
who hath made discovery & Prosecution These are<lb></lb>

said Penalty by distress & Sale of the Goods & Chells<lb></lb>
