Exhibited his Petition Settingforth That by Indenture Dated the Thirteenth day of<lb></lb>
December 1763 in Consideration of Sixteen pounds sixteen shillings <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50560_n4-10">Antrum Allen</rs>

for the Term<lb></lb>
of Seven years That the Petitioner had in all things performed his part of the Covenants<lb></lb>
and Conditions in the said Indenture contained but his Apprentice Disregarding the<lb></lb>
best of usage from the Petitioner about the Eleventh day of February last absconded<lb></lb>
from the Petitioner and Refused to be any longer his Apprentice or anyways under<lb></lb>
his controul That the Petitioner about a Month ago took his said Apprentice<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
<lb></lb>
up with a Warrant and carryed him before a Majestrate for his said Offence when<lb></lb>
he was committed to <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50560_geo13">Bridewell</rs>

but afterwards Bailed out That the said Antrum<lb></lb>
as the Petitioner was Informed had since Entered into Business for himself or in<lb></lb>
Partnership with another Butcher and putts the Petitioner wholly at Defyance<lb></lb>
and refuses to return to his Duty Whereby the Petitioner is greatly Injured<lb></lb>
And praying relief in the Premisses and that the Court would Compell the said<lb></lb>
apprentice to return his said Service</p>
