as the place of their last legal Settlement<lb></lb>
Whereby the Petitioners thought themselves aggrieved Which said Appeal was duly<lb></lb>
adjourned unto this day Now upon hearing of the said Appeal and what hath been<lb></lb>
alledged on either side by the respective Churchwardens and Overseers their Council and<lb></lb>
Witnesses in and concerning the Premisses It is Ordered that the said Appeal be and the<lb></lb>
same is here by allowed And the said Warrant or Order of removal of the said Two Justices<lb></lb>
is hereby Quashed and Vacated And it is further Ordered that the Churchwardens and <lb></lb>
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint John at Hackney or some or one of <lb></lb>
them Do forthwith Convey and Deliver back the said Poor woman and her two Children,<lb></lb>
(together with a Copy of his Order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the <lb></lb>
said Parish of Saint Panecrass or to some or one of them who are here by required to<lb></lb>
receive and Provide for the said Poor woman and her two Children until they can<lb></lb>
Free themselves from the Charge there of by due Course of law And it is also<lb></lb>
Further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish <lb></lb>
of Saint Panerass Do forthwith Pay or cause to be Paid to the Churchwardens and <lb></lb>
Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint John at Hackney the Sum of <lb></lb>
nineteen shillings and Six pence for their Charges and Expences in relieving and<lb></lb>
maintaining the said Poor woman and her Two Children since their removal.</p>
