in his Neck and right Shoulder, Says That he was quite<lb></lb>
motionless, owing as Deponent Believes,to a Dislocation<lb></lb>
of one of the Vertebre of The Neck (which Dept. was informed had happened before and was reduced) and from the Compression<lb></lb>
that the Spinal Marrow must thereby sustain, which Depont<lb></lb>
believes occasioned the Death of the Deced.</p>

then not able to walk, Says that Deced was put into Bed,<lb></lb>
Says that she was very after with the Deced since and that<lb></lb>

Says that he always complained of his Neck, and was not able<lb></lb>
to move himself, Says that the Deced died on Tuesday last<lb></lb>
between Seven and eight O' Clock, Marry<obscured></obscured>

Edward Reily of Kings Court Chairman, on his Oath saith that<lb></lb>
he was in the long Fields on Monday last, and saw <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50533_n43-4">Nicholas<lb></lb>
Maccabe</rs>

and the Deced fight, says that the Deced endeavoured<lb></lb>
to give said Maccabe a Cross Buttock, but Maccabe being too<lb></lb>
heavy fell upon the Deced, and Deced Pitched upon hid Head<lb></lb>
and afterwards lay upon his Back unable to move, Deponent<lb></lb>
says that he then thought that the Deced's Neck was Dislocated<lb></lb>
and immediate pulled the Deced's head with both hands, and<lb></lb>
the Deced's Neck slipt into the Joint, Says that the Deced soon<lb></lb>
after spoke, and that he was afterwards carried home, Says<lb></lb>
that the Deced died on Tuesday last in the Evening, and verily<lb></lb>
believes that his Death was occasioned by the fall.</p>
