heard on this Day Now upon hearing of what was alledged by Mr. Mc Phaedrus<lb></lb>

Respondent and also of Mr. Serjeant Hayward of Council for<lb></lb>

Appellants It is Ordered that the Appeal aforesaid be allowed and<lb></lb>
that the said Pass Warrant and Adjudication of the said Two Justices of the<lb></lb>
Peace be and the same is hereby Quashed and vacated<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
And it is<lb></lb>
further Ordered that the said poor Woman and her Child above named<lb></lb>
be conveyed back and delivered over to the Churchwardens and Overseers of<lb></lb>
the Poor of the said parish of Saint Andrew Holborne above the Barrs or One of them, together<lb></lb>
with a Copy of this Order, who are hereby required to receive the said Poor<lb></lb>
Persons and provide for them according too Law</p>
