and apply to the committing Magistrate for<lb></lb>
a Warrant of Detainer against such Vaga-<lb></lb>
bond as an incorrigible Rogue of which<lb></lb>

do at the next Sessions acquaint the Court.</p>
<p n="137">And this Court do agree with the Senti-<lb></lb>
ments of the said Committee, that a proper<lb></lb>
Method of laying before this Court, an an-<lb></lb>
nual State of the Expence this County is put<lb></lb>
to upon the Article of Vagabond would pre-<lb></lb>
vent many Irregularities.</p>
<p n="138">Ordered. That the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50463_occ32">Treasurer</rs>
<interp inst="LMSMPS50463_occ32" type="occupation" value="Treasurer"></interp>
of this County<lb></lb>
do provide a Book, and therein regularly en-<lb></lb>
ter the Account relating to Vagabonds, Etc. in<lb></lb>
the Method pointed out in the 20th Article<lb></lb>
of the Report of the said Committee, and<lb></lb>
present Yearly an Abstract of such Account to<lb></lb>
this Court at the Time; and in the Man-<lb></lb>
ner pointed out by the said Article; and this<lb></lb>
Court will assign a proper Recompence to<lb></lb>
the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50463_occ33">Treasurer</rs>

for his extraordinary Trouble.<lb></lb>

that they for the future, are to deliver to the<lb></lb>

of this County, all such Orders for<lb></lb>
Conveying, and Orders for Rewards for ap-<lb></lb>
prehending Vagabonds, as shall be in their<lb></lb>
Hand twice every Year at least, viz. at April<lb></lb>
and October Quarter Sessions. And that the<lb></lb>

his Account any Orders not delivered at the<lb></lb>
Times above-mentioned, without Special<lb></lb>
Order of the Court.</p>

October Sessions next. And that such Dup-<lb></lb>
licates be referred to, be checked with the<lb></lb>
Orders for Rewards to the Committee,<lb></lb>
which shall be appointed to audit, the Ac-<lb></lb>
count of Vagabonds; and the same Method<lb></lb>
be observed from Year to Year, untill this<lb></lb>
Court shall otherwise order and direct.</p>
