tinguishing the Accounts of those passed<lb></lb>

<p n="111">And your Committee are of Opinion,<lb></lb>
that if the Magistrates within the Bills of<lb></lb>
Mortality within this County would adopt<lb></lb>
the Method practiced by the Magistrates of<lb></lb>

be reduced to little more than one third of<lb></lb>
