any Fitts. That on Tuesday Night the 25th. she was sitting<lb></lb>
alone in the Tap Room in the Box fronting the Bar & was<lb></lb>
there before the Countrymen came in (she means the 2<lb></lb>
last Witnesses) & before the Dancing began That none but<lb></lb>
Women Danced & after Dancing was over abt. 9 the<lb></lb>
other Women went home. They had a Fidler she did<lb></lb>
not see the Deced Give him any Thing. That she was very<lb></lb>
much in Liquor &<del>want</del>
very Abusive & went up to her<lb></lb>
Husband & beat him much & tore his Hair off. That she<lb></lb>
had a sad Spirit & vast Swearing Woman. That the<lb></lb>
Husband did not Strike her again. That she after this came<lb></lb>
& satt down by the Witness by the Fire side to wch. place<lb></lb>
the Witness had Remov'd for a little Warmth. That the<lb></lb>
Husband sitting in a Box in the Room<del>came to her &</del>
Ask'd her for the Key of the Room<lb></lb>
to Go to Red. That she Abus'd him much & Refus'd to Give<lb></lb>
if him Then the Husband came up to her out of the Box<lb></lb>
& Struck her a Blow his Hands was<del>was</del>
towards her Head<lb></lb>
but wher. he hit her an the Head or Face cannot tell<lb></lb>
That the Deced did not immediately fall with the Blow<lb></lb>
but Thinks it was abt. a Minute afterwards. That she<lb></lb>
Thinks she was rising in a Fury to Strike her Husband &<lb></lb>
fell Plump upon & lay Gongliay like in the Throat. That<lb></lb>
the Husband came to keep her up & Call'd for Water &<lb></lb>
Wip'd her Face she never Spoke but Died</p>
