was as follows.</p>
<p n="132">A Longitudinal Wound near two inches on the<lb></lb>
inside the right Nipple & about an Inch lower; which<lb></lb>
penetrated the Cavity of the Thorax between the Cartilage of the fourth<lb></lb>
and fifth true Riss The Wound being oblique toward<lb></lb>
the left Side and about the Depth of three Inches and<lb></lb>
a half passed thro the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50422_geo130">Pericardium</rs>

or Bag that<lb></lb>
contains the Heart & thence into the Heart itself<lb></lb>
at the forepart of the right Ventricle near where<lb></lb>
that Ventricle is united to the Auriall of that side<lb></lb>
which I beleive to be the Cause<lb></lb>
of his Death</p>
