That Your Petitioner whilst he<lb></lb>
belonged to the Aforesaid Ship (then Under the<lb></lb>

the said Ship Unfortunately sell from the Key of the said<lb></lb>
Harbour into the Long Boat Whereby he Very much<lb></lb>
Fractured his Skull and was Sent to <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50302_geo110">St. Bartholomew's<lb></lb>
Hospital</rs>

discharged the 7th of June following not being cured And<lb></lb>
Your Petitioner being also Very much reduced, And Aged<lb></lb>
Is By Reason thereof and the Fracture in his Skull<lb></lb>
aforesaid. Rendered Incapable of Serving the<lb></lb>
Government Or of Getting Subsistance to Support<lb></lb>
