alledging that about Nine Months<lb></lb>
Since he bound himself Apprentice to one <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50298_n215-63">John Jute</rs>

Silver Smith in the Liberty of Westmr in this County to<lb></lb>
whom the Said Samuel Seth Martin gave a large Sum<lb></lb>
of money after which the Said Jute asked the Said Martin<lb></lb>
for his part of his Indenture of Apprenticehood and<lb></lb>
Said he would go & pay the Kings duty, but whether he<lb></lb>
hath So done or not the Said Martin doth not know.<lb></lb>
Since which the Said Jute the Master hath absconded &<lb></lb>
carried away the Said Martins part of his Indenture and,<lb></lb>
made no Provision for the Said Martin And that<lb></lb>
notwithstanding all the Inquiry the Said Martin can<lb></lb>
make he cannot hear where his Said Master is or<lb></lb>
what is become of<obscured></obscured>
in So that the Said Martin is<lb></lb>
induced to beleive his Said Master hath lost this<lb></lb>
Kingdom and that the said Martin is both Fatherless<lb></lb>
& Motherless And that the Said Jute hath lost the Said<lb></lb>
Martin his aperentice repwards of four Months to Shift for himself.<lb></lb>
without any Assistance from him And the Said Martin<lb></lb>
prayed that this Court would discharge him from his<lb></lb>
Apprenticehood to the Said Jute that he may apply<lb></lb>
himself to Some honest livelyhood whereby to get<lb></lb>
his bread And the matter of the Said Complaint being<lb></lb>
appointed to be determined by this Court on this Second<lb></lb>
day of March instant Now upon hearing of the Said<lb></lb>
Samuel Seth Martin and his Councell And upon<lb></lb>
examination into the truth of the Premisses forasmuch as it<lb></lb>
appeareth to this Court that the allegations aforesaid<lb></lb>
are true And for that it further appeareth to this<lb></lb>
Court by the Oath of <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50298_n215-4">Benjamin Garland</rs>

Garland that the said Jute was gone off & broke &<lb></lb>
no body knew where to find him or words to that or<lb></lb>
the like Effect, And that he inquired further into the<lb></lb>
Neighbourhood for the Said Jute & had the Same<lb></lb>
Answer from the Neighbours or to the like Effect By<lb></lb>
which Notice the Said John Jute was directed to take<lb></lb>
Notice that this Court would be moved on this <rs type="date" id="LMSMPS50298_date41">Second<lb></lb>
day of March instant</rs>
