publique Bridge called Chelsea Bridge as is<lb></lb>
in the same County to see if any & what<lb></lb>
repaires were wanting & necessary to be done<lb></lb>
thereunto, And say that the same<del>was</del>
at the time<del>upon such view<lb></lb>
is very<obscured></obscured>
that the very ruinous & in great<lb></lb>
do try for<obscured></obscured>

they found the same soe Very much decayed</del>

of takeing such view was & now is very ruinous & us great<lb></lb>
decay for want of repairs and soe much decayed by the rotterness of the piles which did support<lb></lb>
the aforesaid part of the said Bridge that<del>the same is very<obscured></obscured>
and</del>

the aforesaid part of the said Bridge that a<lb></lb>
Considerable part therefore is broken downe &<lb></lb>
wholly impassable for horses, coaches, carts &<lb></lb>
carriages and that an immediate<obscured></obscured>

of such part of the said Bridge as is in the<lb></lb>
said County is absolutely necessary, And that<lb></lb>
they have carefully made an estimate of</p>
