us'd him very ill, he also threatend both to Iron him<lb></lb>
and Bull-pizzle him, for no reason but to extort<lb></lb>
Money from yr Petitioner.</p>
<p n="44">Yr. Petitioner being, discharg'd by Justice<lb></lb>
Troughton, Mr. Everetts demands were Eighteen<lb></lb>
Shillings & Sixpence, which yr Petitioner was ready to<lb></lb>
pay, but Mr. Everett (seeing yr Petitioners Friends<lb></lb>
to be uneasy at yr Petitioners confinement in such<lb></lb>
a Place) extorted eighteen Shillings more before<lb></lb>
he would release him, the total Sum being £1-16s-6d<lb></lb>
But yr Petitioner Charge being 6s-6d Pence Bar Score<lb></lb>
and eight Pence for two Tankards of Drink at his<lb></lb>
coming out two Shillings for two Nights Lodging<lb></lb>
and Seven Shillings Fees made but 16s-4d Thus<lb></lb>
yr Petitioner being impos'd on; Begs of yr Worships<lb></lb>
to have Justice, and yr Petitioner in Duty Bound</p>
