<p n="4">Whereas upon Conviccons made before Justices of the Peace<lb></lb>
for this County against Hawkers and Pedlars selling Goods without<lb></lb>
due Lyrences and against other persons who prophanely sweare<lb></lb>
or curse, exercise their trades or employmts. on the Lords day,<lb></lb>
sell Beer or ale in Short or unsealed measureres, or without<lb></lb>
licence, or sett buttons on cloaths of the same cloath or Stuffe<lb></lb>
the cloaths are made of and for severall other offences,<lb></lb>
by vertue of the laws in such cases made and Provided<lb></lb>
severall sumes of money are for feited to the use of the Poor<lb></lb>
of the Parish Hamblett or Place where such offence or<lb></lb>
offences are comitted, Now to the end that Such moneys<lb></lb>
may be duely answered and Paid to the Overseers of the poor<lb></lb>
of the respective Parishes Hambletts and Places unto whom<lb></lb>
by law the same doe belong for the use of the Poor thereof<lb></lb>
It is thought fitt and Ordered by this Court that all and<lb></lb>
every the Clerke and Clerkes to the Justices of the Peace of this<lb></lb>
County doe hereafter keep books and therein make fair<lb></lb>
entrys of the true Christian and Sirwames and places of<lb></lb>
aboad of all and every person and persons who shall be convicted<lb></lb>
before such Justice or Justices of the peace for any offence<lb></lb>
or offences for which any sume or part of any sume of money<lb></lb>
is for feited to the use of the poor of any Parish Hamblett or<lb></lb>
