said child for soe long time as the same shall be<lb></lb>
chargeable to the said parish, and that the Petr. should<lb></lb>
give sufficient security to perform the sd. order otherwise<lb></lb>
to find sufficient suretys for his personall appearance at<lb></lb>
the then next Generall Sessions of the peace to be held for this<lb></lb>
County to answer the contempt & abide such Order as the<lb></lb>
Court should think fit to make therein, And that the Petr.<lb></lb>
finds himselfe aggreived by the sd. Order of the said two<lb></lb>
Justices of the peace, and appeales against the same to this</p>
