of Kings head Court London had been<lb></lb>
guilty of severall evil practices in forging and<lb></lb>
counterfeiting severall Wills and being also informed<lb></lb>
that the said Smith would for a reward forge any person's Will<lb></lb>
in order to detect him thereof These Informants did on the<lb></lb>

Instant apply themselves to the said Smith<lb></lb>

Court aforesd and told him that<lb></lb>
this Informant Margarett Williams who they pretended<lb></lb>
was a particular acquaintance of and had been the Swett<lb></lb>
hart of one <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50117_n2-2">Isaac Hames</rs>

belonging to<lb></lb>
her Maties Ship the Windsor from which Ship & others<lb></lb>
wherein he had served there was due to him considerable<lb></lb>
Sums of money for Wages And these Informants also<lb></lb>
pretended that the said Hames had promised the said<lb></lb>
Informant Margarett Williams who then pretended her<lb></lb>
self to be one <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50117_n2-3">Mary Taylor</rs>

to make his Will and give her all<lb></lb>
or to that Effect And that if these Informants could<lb></lb>
but get any writeing made purporting the last Will<lb></lb>
& testament of the said Issac Hames they would receive<lb></lb>
thereby Considerable<del>severall</del>
Sums of money due to him as aforesaid & thereupon<lb></lb>
the said Smith & these Informants took a Coach and went<lb></lb>
to Centchett Friars where they got a blank Seamans Will<lb></lb>
printed and then the said Smith in Consideracon of the<lb></lb>
Sume of one Guinea paid down and also the further<lb></lb>
Sumes of two Guineas for which this Informant<lb></lb>
Margarett Williams by the name of <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50117_n2-4">Mary Taylor</rs>

gave him a Note from under her hand payable in about<lb></lb>
three months He the said Smith in the presence of<lb></lb>
these Informants imediately wrote a Paper writeing<lb></lb>
purporting to be the last Will and Testamt. of the<lb></lb>
said pretended Isaac Hames and put his the said</p>
