According to there several Summons attend us there And Mr J<obscured></obscured>

one of the Burgesses of the said Liberty being then and there also<lb></lb>
did produce the precept of Mr Harris then high Constable dated ye fif<obscured></obscured>

day of July Auno Dui 1690 directed to the Constables of the said Liberty<lb></lb>
thereby requireing them together with the some of the Anncinents to make<lb></lb>
rate and assessment of the Same of forty five pounds on the Inhabitants<lb></lb>
of the said Liberty for and towards satisfaction of the said execucon more<lb></lb>
