two of their Maties Justices of the deare

said County from the Pish of St

in the said County to the said Pish of St Giles in ye
Feilds
thereby alleadgen that they were last legally
Settled there haveing heed in a house of Sixteen Pounds
Panne rent & paid parish all Duties of all fords

& his wife never had any legall settlement in there

said Order & humbly pray that you would be
pleases to Order the Churchwardens & Over-
seers of the poor of the Pish of white Chappell
to appeare in the Court att a day retaine to shew
Cause why the said William Forster< no role >
& his wife
should not be repassed to the said Pish of
White Chappell
