That by the Removal of some and the Death & Poverty<lb></lb>
of Other Inhabitants of the said Liberty and alsoe by the<lb></lb>
Refusal of many to pay what was assessed upon them<lb></lb>

Delivered to your Petionrs<lb></lb>
will not by new <obscured></obscured>

Pounds amount to the Sume that is<lb></lb>
agreed to give the Raker for keeping the Streets clean:<lb></lb>
Yor Peticonrs therefore some daies since desired some of the<lb></lb>
Ancient Inhabitants of the said Liberty to meet, in Order to<lb></lb>
make a new Rate whereby yor Petionr might be<obscured></obscured>
relieved,<lb></lb>
But were answered by the Inhabitants that they thought it<lb></lb>
not safe soe to doe, without an Order from this Worll Bench</p>
<p n="96">Yor Petionr therefore humbly pray<lb></lb>
this Worth Bench to grane them an Order<lb></lb>
to Summon together the Inhabitants<lb></lb>
of the said Liberty, to make such a Rate<lb></lb>
as that yor Petionr may not Lose both<lb></lb>
their Time & Money: which yor Petionr<lb></lb>
humbly conceive to be unreasonable.</p>
