& one of them knowing the<lb></lb>

brought him this Informts house<lb></lb>
who declared he had sold the Sd watch to one Mr Sutton & the Sd Sutton<lb></lb>

Sd he was robbed of it on<lb></lb>
Lowslow heath & the Sd Sutten & thes Informt went to Copt Richardsons<lb></lb>

& acqted him that th watch was<lb></lb>
taken from Mr Sutton that was found upon Search of Macguyer & there<lb></lb>
upon the Sd Capt sent for the Sd Macguyer & the Sd Mr Sutton charged him<lb></lb>
with takeing the Sd watch from him</p>
