<p n="2824">is hereby earnestly Recommended that in every Case<lb></lb>
where the assent to two Justices is necessary to the<lb></lb>
binding our any child as an Apprentice that the<lb></lb>
two Magistrates be present and acting together as by<lb></lb>
Law intended at the time of such binding and that<lb></lb>
they require the Attendance of the Master and Appren-<lb></lb>
-tice before them at the same time; and that the<lb></lb>
Magistrates do make a strict Enquiry and Examination<lb></lb>
into the Situation in Life and circumstances of the<lb></lb>
Person proposing to take such Apprentice and that<lb></lb>
they satisfy themselves by proper Enquiries of the<lb></lb>
fitness of such Person to provide for and maintain<lb></lb>
such Apprentice in a suitable manner with sufficient<lb></lb>
and proper Meat, Drink and Cloathing and to<lb></lb>
teach and instruct such Apprentice in his business<lb></lb>
and that such Person is in all other respects fit<lb></lb>
and proper to be entrusted with the Care and<lb></lb>
Instruction of such Apprentice and It is further<lb></lb>
Ordered That a Copy of this Resolution be trans-<lb></lb>
-mitted to the several Magistrates acting in and<lb></lb>
for this County and also to the Town Clerk of the<lb></lb>
