County residing in or near such Parish Town Liberty<lb></lb>

overplus (if any there be.) after deducting the Money<lb></lb>
Assessed and the Charges of the Distress and Sale to the<lb></lb>
Owner or Owners thereof and the High Constables Church<lb></lb>
Wardens Chapelwardens and Overseers of the poor in the<lb></lb>
said County are not to fail or performing the matters<lb></lb>
and things abovementioned enjoined them by this<lb></lb>
Order in pursuance of the said Acts of Parliament<lb></lb>
under the Penalties mentioned in the said Acts.</p>

<p n="2298">Ordered That the sum of Forty Pounds being<lb></lb>
the usual Annual Allowance made to Mr.. Edward<lb></lb>
Hall the Cryer and Housekeeper at the Session House for<lb></lb>
this County towards the Expence incurred for coals<lb></lb>
and Candles for the Justices during the holding their<lb></lb>
Sessions and other Public Meetings for One year ending<lb></lb>
the Thirtieth day of May last be Paid him and that the<lb></lb>
