for the several Sums of Money which shall be paid to him in pursuance of<lb></lb>
the said Act of Parliament and for the payment of such Sums as shall be<lb></lb>
ordered to be paid by the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55610_occ962">Justices of the Peace</rs>

for this County in their General<lb></lb>
or Quarter Session And in case the said Churchwardens Chapelwardens and<lb></lb>

of any Town Parish and Place abovementioned or any of<lb></lb>
them shall neglect or refuse to pay the Sum of Money assessed thereupon in the<lb></lb>
said Rate within Thirty days after demand made as aforesaid to the High<lb></lb>

or District in which such Town Parish and<lb></lb>
Place so assessed doth lie he is by the said Act of Parliament empowered and<lb></lb>
is hereby required to levy the same by Distress and Sale of the Goods and Chattels<lb></lb>
of such Churchwardens Chapelwardens or Overseers of the poor or any of them<lb></lb>
so refusing or neglecting to pay the same as aforesaid by Warrant under the<lb></lb>
Hands and Seals of two or more Justices of the Peace of the said County residing<lb></lb>
in or near such Town Parish or Place rendering the overplus (if any there be)<lb></lb>
after deducting the Money assessed and the Charges of the Distress and Sale to<lb></lb>
the Owner or Owners thereof and the High Constables Churchwardens Chapel<lb></lb>
Wardens and Overseers of the poor in the Said County are not to fail of<lb></lb>
performing the matters and things abovementioned enjoined them by this<lb></lb>
Order in pursuance of the said Act of Parliament under the Penalties<lb></lb>
mentioned in the said Act.</p>

was erecting a Building contrary to the Act of<lb></lb>
Parliament in that Case provided and that he had Summoned him before Sir<lb></lb>

who had bound him over in a Recognizance to alter and amend<lb></lb>
the said Building: That upon an Application from Fielder that Recognizance<lb></lb>
was waived and he entered into a Recognizance of Appeal: That the said<lb></lb>
Fielder afterwards assured Mr. Jagger that he did not mean to give him any<lb></lb>
further trouble not to prosecute his Appeal but that he should alter and the amend said</p>
