Receiving the Money upon them and that in this way the most pernicious

person, the condition of whose Recognizance shall be adjudged to be broken

and forfeited, shall be utterly disabled to sell any Ale Beer or Spiritous

Liquors for the space of Three years, and any Licence granted or to be granted
