<p n="1057">Sheweth,</p>
<p n="1058">That your Petitioners have done Work and supplied<lb></lb>
Materials for the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55610_geo847">New House of Correction</rs>
<interp inst="LMSMGO55610_geo847" type="placeName" value="New House of Correction"></interp>
<interp inst="LMSMGO55610_geo847" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
, Which do not come within<lb></lb>
their Contract, That difficulties have arisen in settleing and<lb></lb>
proportioning the Payment of the same owing as your Petitioners<lb></lb>
are informed to the want of sufficient Authority in the Committee<lb></lb>
whereby your Petitioners are much distress'd and injured.</p>
<p n="1059">Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray the<lb></lb>
Court to take their Case into consideration and<lb></lb>
give them such Relief as their Case requires or<lb></lb>
make such order as to the Court shall seem meet</p>

Foot is in the Opinion of the Court a proper and fair Price to be paid<lb></lb>
for the same which Messrs. Woods having agreed to Accept.</p>
<p n="1064">Ordered that Mr Hinley the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55610_occ386">Treasurer</rs>

received towards defraying the Expence of Building the said<lb></lb>
