severally asked if they had any thing to say in Answer thereto</p>
<p n="698">Mr Friquet alledged that the Witnesses against him were Men of<lb></lb>
known bad Character.</p>
<p n="699">Mr Blackborow said he never had Charge of the Goods mentioned<lb></lb>
by Mr King. That Redgrave and Dinmore took the Goods and are both<lb></lb>
dead, That as to the Guinea for the Licence it was for the Clerks.</p>
<p n="700">Whereupon it was Moved, That the said Report be Received<lb></lb>
which being Seconded was carried Unanimously in the Affirmative</p>
<p n="701">Resolved that the Thanks of the Court be given to the said<lb></lb>
Committee for their Care in preparing the same.</p>
<p n="702">Upon which It was Moved by The Reverend Dr. Glasse<lb></lb>
that the Court should come to the following Resolutions Vizt.</p>

greatly misconducted himself in the Execution of his Office of a Justice of the<lb></lb>
Peace and that several of the Charges laid before the Committee respecting the<lb></lb>
said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55610_n703-2">William Blackborow</rs>

. contain matters highly disgraceful to the<lb></lb>
Commission.</p>
<p n="704">2dThat several of the Facts stand to have been proved before the<lb></lb>
Committee are of such a nature us to call upon the Session to lay them before<lb></lb>
the Great Seal, and that it be referred to the said Committee to extract the<lb></lb>
material Charges of Criminality alledged against the said Mr Blackborow<lb></lb>
and to form them into a Representation to the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55610_occ245">Lord Chancellor</rs>

and that<lb></lb>
such Representation be laid before the Court on the County day of the next<lb></lb>
Session.</p>

equally reprehensible with that of the other Magistrate is deserving the<lb></lb>
censure of this Court, Which Motion being seconded and the said<lb></lb>
Resolutions being severally put were carried Unanimoulsy in the Affirmative</p>
