paid One Pound Thirteen shillings and four pence; Mr Friquet desired Morris<lb></lb>
to go with the Constable and see him safely delivered into Newgate and there<lb></lb>
let them know what an unsufferable Fellow he is; that he was taken to<lb></lb>

appeared that they were returned by Mr Blackborow and not by Mr Friquet.</p>
<p n="693">Mr Friquet said he sent him to Newgate else he would have been<lb></lb>
discharged without Fees from the other Prisons by Mr. Blackborow:</p>
<p n="694">That Your Committee are persuaded they cannot more<lb></lb>
effectually execute the duty imposed upon them by the said Order of<lb></lb>
Referrence than by submitting the whole of the Evidence which has been<lb></lb>
laid before them and Substantiated by Oath to the Consideration of the Court<lb></lb>
and which is contained in this their Report and the Paper marked<lb></lb>
(A) hereunto annexed And Your Committee beg leave strongly to<lb></lb>
recommend the same as a Subject highly worthy of the Courts most.<lb></lb>
