are So very poor<lb></lb>
that they are not able to pay any fees and are therefore discharged<lb></lb>
without the payment of any fees; And the Said Keeper praying<lb></lb>
that this Court will please to grant him Some Allowance for his<lb></lb>
Support and Management of the Said Prison, This Court upon<lb></lb>
Consideration of the Premisses Doth Order that the Said Henry<lb></lb>
Wallbanck be allowed and paid a yearly Salary of fifty Pounds<lb></lb>
till further Order by this Court to commence from Michaelmas day<lb></lb>
one thousand Seven hundred & fifty two for his Support and loss of<lb></lb>
fees by Prisoners discharged who are not able to pay fees, and to<lb></lb>
enable him the better to manage the Said Prison, And this Court<lb></lb>
doth also Order that the Treasurer of this County for the time being<lb></lb>
do out of the Moneys raised or to be raised by virtue of <del>the</del>
an Act of<lb></lb>
Parliament for the more easy assessing collecting and levying of<lb></lb>
County Rates pay unto the Said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55602_n2202-2">Henry Wallbanck</rs>

Order of the Court of General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this<lb></lb>
County to the contrary the yearly Sum of fifty Pounds on account of<lb></lb>
the Premisses aforesaid by four equal quarterly payments (to wit)<lb></lb>
at Christmas day, Lady day, Midsummer day, and Michaelmas day<lb></lb>
Yearly by even and equal Portions,The first payment to commence<lb></lb>
from Michaelmas day One thousand Seven hundred & fifty two,<lb></lb>
And that the Receipts of the Said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55602_n2202-3">Henry Wallbanck</rs>
