It is ordered by this Court that an Order formerly made by the Court of<lb></lb>
Sessions of the peace of this County for the suppressing an Evil Practice<lb></lb>
of Persons driving Wheelbarrows and Dice and winning and defrauding<lb></lb>
P<obscured></obscured>
rentices and other unwary Persons of their money and also of<lb></lb>
suppressing a disorderly Practice of Persons throwing at Cocks in a<lb></lb>
riotous manner to the great Danger of his Majestys Subjects passing<lb></lb>
along the streets be revived and that 500 of the said orders be printed<lb></lb>
and sent to the <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMGO55602_occ2579">high Constables</rs>

to put the same in Execution and that the<lb></lb>

four shillings is Charged for the Duty upon the Window Lights of the said<lb></lb>
Sessions house being forty two in number for one year ending at Lady<lb></lb>
day 1753 which Sum the Collector of the said Duty doth demanded And the<lb></lb>
said Mr. Northcote praying that this Court will please to give direction<lb></lb>
for the Payment of the same This Court being satisfyed of the Truth of<lb></lb>
the Premisses doth order that Mr. <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55602_n2193-2">John Higgs</rs>

Collector of the said Duty the said Sum of two pounds four shillings assessed for the said duty for the window lights of the said Sessions house<lb></lb>
for the said year ending at Lady day 1758 and that the same be allowed to<lb></lb>
him upon his account and also that the said Treasurer do also out of the<lb></lb>
said rents annually pay it to the Collector for the Time being such sums<lb></lb>
of money as shall be assessed for the Duty upon the window lights of the<lb></lb>
said Sessions house as the same shall be come due and that the<lb></lb>
respective Sums of money by him from time to time so paid shall be<lb></lb>
allowd to him upon his account.</p>
