as they shall think proper to rebuild the aforesaid Building in New<lb></lb>
Prison called the Taphouse and Womens Ward according to<lb></lb>
the aforesaid Plan proposed to Mr. Mainwaring with such<lb></lb>
Alterations as he Shall approve, and to be done with good and<lb></lb>
sound Materials in a Substantial and workman like manner<lb></lb>
so as the whole Charge do not exceed the said Sum of three<lb></lb>
hundred Pounds and as to the said Masters wanting at<lb></lb>

than the Old one and to Order the two necessary houses to be<lb></lb>
emptyed and repaired and the Drains cleaned and the<lb></lb>
Kennell in the yard to be rectyfyed so as the Water may<lb></lb>
run with a good Current and to employ such Workmen to do<lb></lb>
all which this Court doth ordered be done under direction of the sd. Mr. Mainwaring Mr. Errington<lb></lb>
the Same as they shall think of And the Said Mr. Mainwaring<lb></lb>
