he was paid all the Moneys due to him for his Work done<lb></lb>
And Materials found in and about the building the Middx<lb></lb>
part of the aforesaid Bridge, or upon any other Account<lb></lb>
from this County; And now upon hearing of the Said<lb></lb>
Charles Marquand This Court doth Resolve and<lb></lb>
Order that no Application or Petition of him the Said<lb></lb>
Charles Marquand touching the Matters aforesaid be<lb></lb>
hereafter received by this Court.</p>
