in great decay for want of repaire and had been formerly<lb></lb>
usually repaired at the charge of the Inhabitants of the Said<lb></lb>
County) which Sum when paid was to be in full of all<lb></lb>
their demands against this County as Administrators<lb></lb>
of their Said late Brother, And whereas the Said George<lb></lb>
Palmer & Silas Palmer have applyed unto this Court<lb></lb>
alledgeing that they have received in part of the Said<lb></lb>
Sum, the Several Sums of money following (to witt) of the<lb></lb>
Said Mr. Clitherow Sixteen pounds three Shillings & eight<lb></lb>
pence, and of the Said Mr. Barker Sixty one pounds amounting<lb></lb>
together to Seventy Seven pounds three Shillings & eight<lb></lb>
pence, But that the Sum of Six pounds fifteen Shillings &<lb></lb>
