<p n="1317">have been usually held by the Justices of Peace every Year<lb></lb>
in the Severall Divisions within this County for the<lb></lb>
Generall Renewing of Licences, And that no Justices<lb></lb>
of the Peace are to grant such Licences otherwise<lb></lb>
than at such Generall Meetings to be convened<lb></lb>
according according to the intention of the said Act of<lb></lb>
Parliament, Now upon a Debate had by this Court at<lb></lb>
this present Generall Sessions touching the Licenceing<lb></lb>
of Retailers of Brandy or Strong Waters This Court Is<lb></lb>
of Opinion That for the preventing of Drunkenness and<lb></lb>
other Disorders It is requisite that it should be<lb></lb>
considered what Number of Persons are proper to be<lb></lb>
Licenced in each Parish and Hamlet in this County to<lb></lb>
retail Brandy or Strong Waters And doth thereupon<lb></lb>
Order that it be And It is hereby recommended and<lb></lb>
