the Peace for this County praying that the Allowance<lb></lb>
for the Surplus Wine provided for his Majestyes<lb></lb>

from Ten Pence to Twelve pence a Pint, It being<lb></lb>
alledged as one reason among others that the<lb></lb>
former Allowance was Twelve pence for each pint<lb></lb>
but the Same was afterwards reduced, And that<lb></lb>
Wine is now dearer than of late it hath been,<lb></lb>
It is Ordered by this Court that the Consideration<lb></lb>
of the Said Matter be adjourned untill the County<lb></lb>
day of the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the<lb></lb>
Peace for this County</p>

Whereas by a late Act of Parliament made in the<lb></lb>
Second Yeare of the Reigne of his present Majesty King<lb></lb>
George the Second, Intituled, An Act for the Reliefe<lb></lb>
of Debtors with respect to the Imprisonment of<lb></lb>
their Persons, It is (amongst other things) Enacted<lb></lb>
that no Sheriff under Sheriff Bayliff, Serjeant at<lb></lb>
Mace, or other Officer or Minister whatsoever<lb></lb>
should at any time thereafter Convey or Carry<lb></lb>
or cause to be Conveyed or Carryed any Person or<lb></lb>
Persons by him or them Arrested or being in his or<lb></lb>
their Custody by Vertue or colour of any Writt Process<lb></lb>
or Warrant to any Tavern, Alehouse or other Publick</p>
