"Marshes Teams was asbort Load of Gravel and as to the <lb></lb>
"other Part knows nothing, being drawn in to Swear by <lb></lb>
"Clancey-for which Reasons the Court Ordered that Mr <lb></lb>
"Clanceys Teams be discharged at the Highway for the future</p>

"Ordered the Consideracon of Mr Clanceys case be referred for a <lb></lb>
"fortnight and Copys of his Affidavits be delivered to Surveyr. <lb></lb>

"Whereas a Minute was made at a General Meeting on the 10th. of <lb></lb>
"Sept last reflecting on Mr Clancey which does now appear to <lb></lb>
have been falsely then represented, and his Teams then <lb></lb>

"Ordered That the Surveyr. may employ Mr Clanceys Teams <lb></lb>
"equal to any other, his reputacon being Sufficiently cleared<lb></lb>
"by severall Affidavits now read.</p>
