is what has been never menconed or complained of to any of <lb></lb>
the Court there, And if It had most certainly the Court would <lb></lb>
have paid that Report to the Justices as to have Ordered<lb></lb>
a remedy to any such Grievance, And it may be affirmed<lb></lb>
with truth that the Justices who do attend with their<lb></lb>
Examinacons & Confessions according to their Duty Doe<lb></lb>
Constantly find Room and are accomodated during their<lb></lb>
attendance on the Bench. What the other Methods are which <lb></lb>
have of bete years been used And which make the Justices<lb></lb>
uneasy & discourage them in the discharge of that part of <lb></lb>
their duly being not menconed cannot Receive an Answer,<lb></lb>
And the Lord Mayor & Aldermen who attend that Service<lb></lb>
cannot so much as imagine, They for their parts always<lb></lb>
treating the Justices with a Respect Suitable to their characters</p>

frequently deliver<lb></lb>
their Opinions relating to us and our proceedings which would <lb></lb>
be of great use to us to know, That we may regulate Our<lb></lb>
selves accordingly, and if some of our Number were put<lb></lb>
into that Comission It would give them an opportunity of <lb></lb>
informing us from time to time of the Opinions of the Judges<lb></lb>
And thereby prevent our transgressing Rules which now we <lb></lb>
have no means of being acquainted with</p>

It may be true that the Judges do some times Deliver their<lb></lb>
Opinions relating to the Justices and their proceedings, and some <lb></lb>
times fine them when offenders escape for went of a<lb></lb>
Confession being returned as the State of Parliamt. require,<lb></lb>
And if this Gives the Justices any uneasiness & discourages them <lb></lb>
in the discharge of that part of their duty, Tis not be<lb></lb>
attributed to the Justices not being in the Comission of Goal<lb></lb>
Delivery, Because the Acts of parliamt. acquaint them how<lb></lb>
they are to regulate themselves in that particular, And as<lb></lb>
for other Rules to govern themselves by, If the knowledge<lb></lb>
of them may be learnt by attendance at the old Bayly there is<lb></lb>
always room & accomodacon for any Number of Justices, who may <lb></lb>
be sufficient to inform them of what passes in the Court Altho'<lb></lb>
they should not be in the Comission of Goal Delivery, and<lb></lb>
his very seldom (if ever) That some of the Justices are not at <lb></lb>
the Sessions at the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO40000_geo173">Old Baily</rs>
