Informant run after him, and overtook him, but the<lb></lb>
Prisoner himself crying out stop thief, Informant<lb></lb>
did not suppose him to be a Criminal, and therefore did<lb></lb>
not offer to secure himInformant, when he got into<lb></lb>
Faith Street asked the Prisoner which way the theif<lb></lb>
was gone, and he said to the right but into sd. of<lb></lb>
going himself to the right which led towards Doctors<lb></lb>

Fell down together with the Trunk The Prisoner<lb></lb>
afterwards Stooped to take the Trunk off the<lb></lb>
Ground, and was going away with it, when Informant<lb></lb>
came up and stopt himAnother Person interfored<lb></lb>
and rescued the Prisoner out of Infomant's Custody<lb></lb>
upon which the Prisoner run away toward Distaff<lb></lb>
